We are working with a highly regarded architectural practice specialising in the delivery of exceptional prime and super-prime residential projects, alongside a portfolio of prestigious luxury retail commissions.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded individual to work on design-led projects, contributing to some of the most detailed and high-quality schemes in the market.

The Role Working closely with Project Architects, Senior Technologists and the wider design team, you'll play a key role in the technical development and delivery of projects across all RIBA work stages.

You will be involved in the production of BIM models, detailed technical packages and construction information, helping to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of design quality and technical excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and coordinating BIM models using ArchiCAD
Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information
Preparing schedules and supporting project documentation
Developing technical details, specifications and product research
Coordinating information with consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers
Supporting the preparation of NBS specifications and technical reports
Participating in design workshops and project reviews
Contributing to the continuous development of technical standards and best practice across the practiceAbout You
Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
Experience working within a UK architectural practice
Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge
Proficiency in ArchiCAD is highly desirable
Experience producing technical packages for high-quality residential, hospitality, retail or commercial projects
Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to project deliveryWhy This Role?
