Flexographic Printer sought for West Donegal client for a Full-Time role on Rotational Shifts.
About the Opportunity
A leading manufacturing company in West Donegal is currently recruiting an experienced Flexographic Printer to join their production team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern 8-colour wide web printing technology in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality print output while supporting team performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and manage an 8-colour wide web flexographic printing press
* Lead and support print assistants/helpers on shift
* Ensure all jobs are completed to highest quality and ISO standards
* Set up jobs efficiently while minimising waste (ink/materials)
* Monitor and adjust ink formulations and colour accuracy
* Carry out continuous quality checks throughout production
* Coordinate with pre-press teams to minimise downtime
* Maintain detailed production and specification records
* Ensure strict adherence to health & safety procedures
* Support training and development of team members
* Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of equipment
* Work closely with management to improve productivity and processes
What We're Looking For
Experience operating a modern 8-colour flexographic press (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a target-driven, multi-shift environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong awareness and promotion of workplace safety
Ability to meet the physical demands of a production role
Working Hours
Rotational Shift Pattern (5 x 8-hour shifts, Mon-Thurs):
* 7:00am - 3:00pm
* 3:00pm - 11:00pm
* 11:00pm - 7:00am
Fridays:
* 7:00am - 2:00pm
* 2:00pm - 9:00pm
* 9:00pm - 4:00am
Salary & Benefits
€17.56 - €18.63 per hour
10% night shift allowance
Overtime paid at time and a half
