OPERATIONS MANAGER sought for West Donegal client for a HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL Business.

About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced Operations Manager with Print Experience ready to take the lead in a fast-paced, international environment?
Our client is looking for an Operations Manager to join our leadership team and drive operational performance across one of their Donegal sites.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing operations while achieving production targets and driving continuous improvement. You will lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence in line with business goals.
What you'll be responsible for:
* Leading day-to-day manufacturing operations to deliver production targets, quality standards, and performance metrics
* Driving a strong Health, Safety & Environmental culture, ensuring compliance and promoting best practices across the site
* Optimising plant performance through effective resource planning and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
* Setting and monitoring operational KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
* Working cross-functionally to maximise production capability in line with demand and site targets
* Implementing robust processes for housekeeping, contamination control, and manufacturing excellence
* Identifying and delivering strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and meet budget expectations
* Leading, coaching, and developing teams to build capability and ensure long-term success
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and accredited body requirements
* Promoting a culture aligned to company values, with a strong focus on engagement, communication, and collaboration
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as an Operations Manager within a printing or manufacturing environment
* Strong leadership capability with experience managing large teams in a fast-paced setting
* Demonstrated track record in driving performance, productivity, and continuous improvement
* Solid understanding of Health & Safety standards and regulatory compliance
* Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar operational excellence frameworks
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A hands-on, results-driven approach with the ability to influence at all levels

Salary up to €80k
