Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: £19.80 per hour

We have an opportunity for an experienced UPVC Carpenter to join a skilled in-house maintenance team supporting social housing properties across Slough, Brent, and Berkshire.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out all aspects of internal and external window repairs, including single and double glazing, as well as door repairs, lock refits, and general door maintenance.
Undertaking a range of carpentry tasks, including bathroom sub floors, bath panels and framework, kitchen repairs and refits, and other general maintenance tasks.
Performing external door fittings, splice repairs, and locksmith work as required.
Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions and provide electronic updates on work completed or scheduled.Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
Own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be provided)Benefits:
