Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
* Conduct internal audits and support external audits
* Monitor and report on quality KPIs
* Support new product introduction (NPI) from a quality perspective
* Manage and develop a small quality team
About You
We’re looking for someone with a strong manufacturing quality background, who enjoys being hands-on and making a visible impact.
You will likely have:
* Experience in a Quality Manager / Senior Quality Engineer role within manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of:
* Quality control processes
* Root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, etc.)
* NCR / CAPA management
* Experience working in a production / shopfloor environment
* Good understanding of ISO 9001 (or similar standards)
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Experience in plastics, polymers, rubber, or similar manufacturing processes
* Lean / Six Sigma knowledge
* Experience with supplier quality or NPI
What’s on Offer
* Competitive salary and benefits package
* Stable, growing business with long-term opportunities
* Supportive and collaborative working environment
* Opportunity to make a real impact on site performance
