I am currently working in partnership with a large, well-regarded primary academy in Blackpool to recruit a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher for a September start.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving Early Years provision within a school that is committed to delivering high-quality education and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

Your new role
You will take responsibility for a Reception class, delivering engaging, child-centred learning in line with the EYFS framework. The successful candidate will foster a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports both academic progress and personal development.
Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering creative, high-quality EYFS lessons
Supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental needs
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress effectively
Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
Developing strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
Contributing to the wider school community and ethosWhat you'll need to succeed

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within Early Years (Reception experience desirable)
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Passion for early years education and child development
Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills
A proactive, positive, and flexible approachWhat you'll get in return
