Food & Beverage Administrator
Location: Ascot
Salary: £25,500 + £3,000 - £4,000 service charge
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 - 5 days out of 7

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the F&B Manager and outlet managers.
Manage office operations, supplies, correspondence, and reservations.
Coordinate diaries, meetings, and internal/external communications.
Assist with menus, promotions, research, and competitor analysis.
Uphold the highest standards of guest experience, health & safety, and office presentation.Requirements:
Hospitality background with operational experience preferred.
Strong administration and organizational skills; proficient in MS Office.
Experience with Opera and Delphi systems is a plus.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and initiative.
