We are a leading restoration contractor focussed on external facade restoration and the refurbishment of historic and architecturally significant buildings. Due to growth we are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team and work on some exciting projects . As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring overall quality control on sites and ensuring projects meet the programme requirements. You will work closely with direct and sub-contractor labour to ensure project are delivered on time, to the expected quality, and comply with health, safety, and environmental standards. You will also be responsible for updating the construction phase place and undertaking administration and scheduling duties as required.

We invite applications from experienced Site Managers with the following attributes:

* At least 3 years relevant work experience as a Site Manager/Site Supervisor

* Restoration experience

* Highly organised

* Contractual awareness

* Knowledge on construction including restoration, refurbishment, and finishing

* Experience in managing contracts and sites

* Excellent interpersonal communication skills

* Excellent leadership qualities

* Proven ability to work to tight deadlines
