PSR Solutions is hiring for a Site Manager to work for a Civils contractor in London.

Responsible for the safe, efficient, and commercially successful delivery of civil engineering and water infrastructure projects. Leading site teams to ensure works are completed to programme, budget, quality, and environmental standards while meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations and project delivery.
Lead engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve programme and quality objectives.
Prepare and implement project plans, RAMS, ITPs, and procurement schedules.
Monitor project costs, maximise value, and identify value engineering opportunities.
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and short-term programmes.
Build strong client relationships and represent the business professionally.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and contractual requirements.Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering or water infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of CDM regulations, contract management, project planning, risk management, and cost control.
Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
CSCS, SMSTS/IOSH, Temporary Works Coordinator, and Confined Space qualifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Desirable
CEng/MICE (or equivalent).
Experience with Primavera P6.
Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.Benefits
