Assembly Operator - Wallingford
Reporting to the Sub - Assembly Team Leader, the Assembly Operator will be responsible for the build, test, and inspection of sub-assemblies at the manufacturing plant in Wallingford.
Main Duties:
* Assist in the manufacture of sub-assemblies as directed by the Cell Leader / Logistics Manager.
* Adopt good workmanship and Quality standards.
* Carry out assembly duties in a timely and orderly manner per production schedules.
* Assist in other areas of the manufacturing process as and when required.
* Maintain the workstation, tools, and any equipment in a clean and tidy state.
* Ensure strict adherence to the company's Health and Safety policy and operate in accordance with all other company policies and procedures
Qualifications and Experience:
* General appreciation and understanding of conventional workshop power and hand tools.
* The ability to read drawings, follow work instructions, and procedures would be advantageous.
