Our client, a reputable main dealership in Newbury, is seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager to lead and develop their sales team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated automotive professional to oversee both new and used vehicle sales within a well-established group, offering the chance to work with top-tier brands in a volume brand environment.

Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance team performance
Oversee operational matters, ensuring excellent customer service standards
Maintain accurate sales records and administrative procedures
Build strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and satisfaction
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Support the sales team in delivering outstanding customer experiencesRequirements of a Car Sales Manager:
Proven experience in automotive sales management or leadership within a car dealership environment
