Hours: Rotating Day & Night Shifts

Shift Pattern:

Week 1: Nights - Monday to Wednesday, 6:00pm-6:00am

Week 2: Days - Monday to Thursday, 6:00am-6:00pm

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Production Operatives to join a beverage manufacturing site in Exeter. This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment, operating machinery, maintaining quality standards, and supporting safe and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate production machinery safely and efficiently

· Carry out production tasks to meet quality and output targets

· Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping

· Support line changeovers and cleaning activities

· Work closely with the wider production team to achieve shift targets

What We're Looking For

· Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential

· Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

· Positive attitude with a strong team-working approach
