Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established manufacturing site based in Dunkeswell, Honiton.

This is an excellent opportunity offering competitive rates of pay, full training, overtime opportunities, and long-term employment potential.

Shift Options & Pay

Day Shift

06:00 - 16:00.
Monday to Friday.
4 working days per week.
One fixed day off during the week.
Weekend overtime available.
£14.50 per hour.
Overtime after 38 hours paid at £21.75 per hour.

Night Shift

16:00 - 02:00.
Monday to Thursday.
£17.50 per hour.
Overtime after 38 hours paid at £24.75 per hour.

Key Duties:

Working on a busy production line.
Weighing, packaging, and labelling products.
Operating machinery following training.
Working toward production targets as part of a team.
Following health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

Good attention to detail.
Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn new skills.
Previous production or machine operating experience beneficial but not essential.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
