Resident Liaison Officer
Temp 3 month contract
Must be able to start 8th June
£19.80per hour
This is a predominately site-based, hands-on role focused on engaging with residents and coordinating access to over 200 homes to enable surveys and follow-on works. Working together, you will act as the main point of contact for residents, ensuring they are informed, supported and engaged throughout the process. This is an opportunity right candidate to help to improve resident engagement and overall customer experience across the development.
Key responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for residents
Coordinate access for surveys and works, including managing appointments and door-to-door engagement
Follow up where access is not gained to maximise access across the development
Maintain accurate records and manage bookings across systems and diaries
Identify and address barriers to access and support residents throughout the process
Lead resident communications and support engagement activities and events
Work collaboratively with contractors, stakeholders and the wider project team
Contribute to the smooth delivery of the project programmeAbout you
Experience in a resident-facing role within a occupied residential environment
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Confident engaging with residents directly, including door-to-door activity
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Experience using booking systems and managing appointments
Proactive and able to identify and resolve issues
