With a growing pipeline of high value instructions, this is the perfect time for a Senior Building Surveyor to step into a fast paced, collaborative environment, working on standout commercial projects.
The office is vibrant, forward thinking, and packed with energy, offering a Senior Building Surveyor the chance to work across a wide variety of high quality schemes, from large scale refurbishments, to creative workspace transformations.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering a mix of professional and project led work across a prestigious client base. No two days are the same. You'll be exposed to a diverse workload and given real autonomy to lead projects from inception through to completion.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering project management and contract administration on commercial fit-out and refurbishment schemes
Working across projects of varying scale and complexity, including high value developments.
Carrying out core professional services including surveys, dilapidations, and defect analysis
Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Contributing to business growth and strengthening client relationshipsWhy This Role Stands Out

MRICS qualified (or working towards)
