Our client, a well-established and highly regarded main dealer in Barnstaple, is looking to recruit a professional Service Advisor to join their busy team.
This is an excellent chance to work with a trusted company that offers competitive remuneration, uncapped bonus potential, and ongoing career development.
Benefits of the Service Advisor position:
Basic salary up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
OTE approximately £37,000 with uncapped bonus potential
Working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
One in two Saturdays, with time off in lieu
22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service

Greeting customers and effectively managing their vehicle service needs
Providing professional and accurate advice on servicing and repairs
Upselling service plans, accessories, and additional work where appropriate
Managing customer expectations and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
Liaising with workshop teams to ensure efficient and timely completion of work
Maintaining comprehensive service documentation and customer recordsRequirements for the Service Advisor role:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer or independent garage environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy dealership
Professional approach to customer service and problem-solving
