Our client, a well-established franchised main dealer in Plymouth, is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their professional and customer-focused team. This is a superb opportunity to work with renowned automotive brands such as Peugeot, Vauxhall, and Fiat in a supportive environment that values its employees and offers excellent career development prospects.
Benefits of the role:
Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £35,000 OTE through an attractive bonus scheme
Monday to Friday working week, with alternating Saturdays on a rota (8am – 12pm), ensuring a good work-life balance

Friendly team environment supported by a reputable automotive groupDuties of the Service Advisor:
Greeting customers and managing vehicle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Allocating loan vehicles and ensuring all vehicle documentation is accurately processed in the dealer management system
Managing the progress of all service jobs and liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion
Maintaining ongoing communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and expectations
Explaining work carried out and recommending additional services when appropriate
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and promote repeat businessRequirements for the role:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchise dealership or similar environment is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly manner
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Good communication abilities, both verbal and written
Full UK driving licence is essential
Ability to work well within a team and demonstrate a proactive approach
