* Experienced in children’s residential care, with a Level 3 (or above) relevant qualification

* Proven experience of supervising and leading teams within a children's care setting 🌱 Passionate about caring for and developing children and young people 💛 Determined to improve outcomes for children and young people

* Patient, compassionate, resilient, and reliable 🚀 Motivated to make a real difference every day

* Committed to professional development – Level 4/5 qualified or working towards

* Holds a full UK driving licence We welcome applicants who demonstrate passion, commitment, and a positive, values-driven attitude
