Maintenance Supervisor – FM Service Provider – Kings Cross, London – Up to £60,000 per annum
CBW is currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity within one of London’s most prestigious and high-profile mixed-use developments. This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality building maintenance services across a large, busy estate comprising commercial offices, retail spaces, public realm areas, and residential properties, ensuring both planned and reactive maintenance is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 17:00pm
Overtime Available
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate building maintenance engineers and specialist subcontractors
Ensure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are delivered to required standards
Review, approve, and manage RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
Issue and control Permits to Work in line with site safety procedures
Monitor and update CAFM systems, ensuring accurate maintenance records
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies
Produce reports, track KPIs/SLAs, and support contract performance reviews
Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to maintain high service levels
Identify plant or system defects and coordinate remedial works
Assist with quotations, scopes of work, and technical recommendations
Support the Contract Manager with day-to-day contract delivery and continuous improvementRequirements
Electrically or Mechanically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent)
Previous supervisory or lead experience within FM/building services
Strong understanding of RAMS, permits to work, and compliance processes
Experience using CAFM systems and producing reports
Good knowledge of commercial building services (HVAC, electrical, etc.)
