We are recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with expected EHCPs across a range of welcoming mainstream primary schools starting in September 2026.
These rewarding roles involve working closely with children who require additional support both within the classroom and through targeted interventions.
Positions are available across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
Support children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs, and learning difficulties
Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons
Help implement strategies outlined within EHCPs
Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing
Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs, parents, and external professionalsWe Are Looking For

Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants or Learning Support Assistants
Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
Patient, nurturing, resilient, and proactive
Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Experienced in education, care, youth work, or similar support roles
