Transport Supervisor

Daley Recruitment are seeking a full-time Transport Supervisor for our client based in Northolt.

Transport Supervisor Job Description:

Monday to Saturday, 5 days per week, 8.5 hours per day (1hr unpaid lunch)
(mainly 06:30-16:00) (shifts can fluctuate as early as 5am and as late as 17:30)
Location: Northolt UB5

Transport Supervisor Job Overview:

As transport Supervisor you will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing daily operation of the transport tea
- Ensuring efficient use of resources, compliance with regulations and excellent customer service
- Manage drivers
- Coordinate routes
- Monitor vehicle conditions
- Ensure smooth running of the warehouse

Transport Supervisor ideal skills and experience:
- Proactive leader
- Strong communication
- Strong focus on optimizing logistics and maintaining high safety and service standards
- Excellent knowledge of driver compliance including transport regulations
- Experience of performance reporting
- Incident Management
- Health & Safety compliance
