What You'll Be Doing
Winning new business across the engineering and utilities sectors
Building and developing long-term client relationships
Generating and qualifying sales leads
Managing the full sales process from initial contact to close
Attending client meetings, networking events, and site visits
Working closely with internal teams to support company growth
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management
Utilities sector experience would be a strong advantage
A confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
Professional, proactive, and relationship-focused approach
Full UK Driving Licence
What's On Offer?
£35,000 - £45,000 basic salary DOE
Uncapped commission structure
