Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE + Commission Structure
Hours: Monday to Friday

T4 Engineering are currently looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join their growing team based in CH62.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities.

The Role

Developing new business opportunities within engineering and utilities sectors
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Identifying and generating sales leads
Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry through to conversion
Working closely with internal teams to support business growth
Attending client meetings and networking opportunities

Requirements

Previous business development or sales experience
Utilities sector experience preferred
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target driven
Full UK driving licence essential
Professional and proactive approach

Package

Salary from £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
Commission structure to be discussed directly with the client
Monday to Friday working hours
