Senior Account Manager – Business Finance

Clover Talent are partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing commercial finance brokerages to hire experienced Senior Account Managers as the business continues its rapid expansion.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, ambitious team that’s helping businesses across the UK access the funding they need to grow. You’ll work with a wide range of finance products including asset finance, business loans, invoice finance, merchant cash advance, and more.

What you’ll be doing:
* Building relationships with business owners across the UK
* Managing the full funding journey from initial conversation through to completion
* Supporting clients with tailored finance solutions across multiple products
* Developing new business opportunities through outbound activity and warm leads
* Working closely with lenders and introducers to secure the best outcomes for clients
* Growing and managing your own pipeline while delivering an excellent client experience
* Spotting opportunities to expand existing client relationships
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years’ experience within business finance
* Strong understanding of products such as asset finance, business loans, invoice finance, MCA, or related funding solutions
* Proven ability to win business, manage relationships, and close deals
* Confident communicator with a proactive and driven mindset
* Someone who enjoys working in a target-driven environment and being rewarded for success
