SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Barnet who are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time from September 2026.

The Role
The school are looking for a proactive and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis.

Responsibilities will include:
* Supporting pupils with SEN in and out of the classroom
* Delivering targeted interventions and tailored learning support
* Helping pupils build confidence, independence and social skills
* Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation
* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience supporting children with SEN
* A calm, patient and positive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children's development
* The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
* Relevant SEN experience or training is desirable
