Strong understanding of working with or alongside Tier 1 contractors.
Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across varying values.
Solid commercial and budget management skills.
Strong contractual knowledge (e.g., JCT contracts) and experience managing contract delivery.
A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with excellent organisational skills.
Willingness and flexibility to travel nationwide for site visits (Full Manual UK Driving Licence required).

What's in it for You:

Competitive salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience).
Pool car available for travel to sites.
Opportunity to work on varied and fast-paced projects.
Strong pipeline of work with established Tier 1 contractor relationships.
A supportive and growing team environment.
Why Join Them?
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of diverse projects while working with some of the construction industry's leading contractors, at a time when the company is experiencing strong growth and expanding its project portfolio.
