Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Zest Education are looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive school in Aston.

This full-time position is perfect for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

– Support class teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons

– Work with pupils in small groups or one-to-one sessions

– Encourage positive behaviour and participation

– Help maintain an organised and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

– Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent

– Strong communication and teamwork skills

– A caring and patient approach

– Experience supporting primary-aged children

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
