Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one and small-group learning support
* Assist teachers in adapting classroom activities
* Support students with additional learning needs
* Encourage positive behaviour and classroom participation
* Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Support students’ emotional wellbeing and confidence
Requirements
* Experience working with children or young people preferred
* Positive, patient, and supportive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
