Health & Safety Advisor – Construction
Location: Swaffham, Norfolk
Contract: 3 Months
Start Date: Immediate
Rate: Competitive (DOE)
Anglian Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a busy construction project based in Swaffham, Norfolk.
Working on a live construction site, you will support the delivery team in maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, environmental and quality compliance throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide on-site HSEQ support to management and site operatives
* Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments
* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and company procedures
* Review and support RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
* Investigate incidents and produce reports with recommendations
* Deliver toolbox talks and site briefings
* Promote a strong health and safety culture across site
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Health & Safety Advisor within the construction sector
* Strong knowledge of HSEQ standards and CDM regulations
* NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent – essential
* Valid CSCS Card – essential
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently on site
