Kingston Barnes is exclusively supporting a multidisciplinary construction consultancy that has secured a major long term framework delivering multiple flagship developments across Bristol and the South West.

As part of its continued growth and expansion, the business is now looking to appoint either an ambitious Senior Project Manager ready to step into an Associate level position, or an existing Associate Project Manager seeking a genuinely exciting long term opportunity with significant project exposure and progression potential.

This is a key strategic hire for the business and an opportunity to play a leading role delivering complex, high value developments across advanced manufacturing, industrial, commercial and innovation led sectors.

The Role

You will take a senior leadership role across multiple major projects, managing key client relationships, overseeing delivery teams and supporting the continued growth of the regional Project Management division.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading the delivery of major construction projects across all RIBA stages
• Acting as a senior client contact and trusted advisor
• Managing commercial, programme and risk aspects of projects
• Leading consultant and contractor teams across complex developments
• Supporting business growth and team development
• Mentoring and developing Project Managers within the team
• Helping drive standards, performance and successful project outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience within a construction consultancy environment
• Strong track record delivering major new build construction projects
• Experience leading complex or high value developments
• Excellent client facing, commercial and leadership skills
• Proven ability managing multiple stakeholders and project teams
• Ambitious and career driven with leadership potential
• Degree qualified within a construction related discipline preferred
• MRICS/APM or similar professional qualification beneficial
