Protocol Education are currently working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Haringey who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team on a permanent basis from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Teacher looking to begin their career in a supportive school with a strong leadership team, experienced mentors and a collaborative teaching environment. The school is committed to staff development and offers a structured ECT induction programme with ongoing training and support.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, creative and committed to delivering engaging lessons that inspire and motivate pupils across the primary age range.
The role will include:
Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Supporting pupils to achieve their academic and personal potential
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress effectively
Working closely with colleagues, support staff and parents
The ideal candidate will have:
QTS or pending QTS status
A genuine passion for primary education
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good classroom management ability
A positive and proactive attitude towards teaching and learning
