Site Maintenance Engineer
£58,000 - £62,000 Basic + Company Benefits

We’re looking for a hands-on Site Maintenance Engineer to join a growing team responsible for maintaining and improving large-scale critical infrastructure within Data Centre's.
This is a varied role where you’ll be working on plant equipment in commercial environments, carrying out maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and helping improve system performance and reliability.
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on electrical systems and critical data centre infrastructure, including UPS systems, switchgear, PDUs, generators, and associated electrical distribution equipment
* Diagnosing electrical faults and completing repairs across critical power and infrastructure systems
* Responding to breakdowns and ensuring rapid restoration of services to minimise downtime
* Supporting minor projects, electrical upgrades, and infrastructure improvements within the data centre
* Ensuring all work is completed safely, following site procedures, industry standards, and compliance requirements
* Maintaining accurate maintenance logs, documentation, and reporting in line with site processes
* Participating in an on-call rota to support 24/7 critical operations
What we’re looking for
* Experience working in critical infrastructure - data centres etc.
* Strong understanding of electrical fault finding, diagnostics, and repair on critical plant and power systems
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an electrical discipline
