HLTA - The Role

This school is looking for a confident HLTA to support teaching and learning across the school. The successful HLTA will deliver planned lessons, support small groups, and provide cover supervision when required.

You will work closely with teachers to deliver interventions, support EHCP targets, and help pupils access learning in a structured and engaging way. The role will also involve supporting behaviour management and promoting positive learning routines across the classroom.

The ideal HLTA will be proactive, adaptable, and experienced working with pupils with autism and additional learning needs.
