Support plant improvements and reliability initiatives

Support reporting, scheduling, and resource planning
Requirements
Background in instrumentation or electrical (NVQ / Apprenticeship level)
Experience in a supervisory or lead technician role
Strong knowledge of plant maintenance (mechanical, electrical, C&I)
Experience working in energy, process, or industrial environments
Understanding of ATEX / DSEAR / hazardous areas
Experience with shutdowns, maintenance planning, and CMMS systems
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
