Guildford (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home)
£28,000-£30,000 per annum

We are looking for a motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our friendly and professional team based in Guildford. You'll play a vital role as the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, clarity, and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
Be the central contact for our customers, owning their journey from first interaction to resolution
Manage inbound/outbound calls and service emails
Respond to information requests and support queries across regional sales branches
Resolve queries or escalate them appropriately within the business
Perform admin duties and manage customer interactions via our portal
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Provide valuable customer insights to the management teamWhat You'll Bring:
Proven experience in a phone-based customer service role
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Team-oriented approach with the ability to manage your own workload
