Description
Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy.
Lead social media (paid and organic) campaigns across key platforms.
Oversee PPC campaigns, including budgeting, optimisation, and testing.
Drive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and visibility.
Manage email marketing and CRM to improve retention and customer value.
Guide content strategy and ensure high-quality, on-brand output.
Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns using data insights.
Manage digital marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
Lead, mentor, and develop a small marketing team.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
Identify and adopt new digital trends, tools, and innovations.
Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and brand guidelinesProfile
About You:
Currently working in Consumer Healthcare, B2C Pharma or FMCG (MANDATORY).
Proven experience leading multichannel digital marketing strategies (MANDATORY).
Strong track record of delivering growth, ROI, and performance targets.
Hands-on expertise across SEO, PPC, paid social, and CRM.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimisation skills.
Confident team leader with excellent communication skills.
