We are seeking a high-impact senior hire operating at Director level, focused on driving strategic growth, winning new business, and building executive relationships across Defence and the wider Public Sector.
This is an individual contributor role with a clear Pathway into leadership as the function grows.
What You'll Do
- Win and grow high-value Defence and Public Sector accounts
- Lead complex, strategic sales opportunities end-to-end
- Build and influence senior stakeholder relationships
- Drive pipeline strategy, forecasting, and deal conversion
- Partner with Marketing to unlock and accelerate opportunities
Requirements
- Proven sales success within Defence/Public Sector (5+ years)
- Strong knowledge of government frameworks & procurement (essential)
- Experience in Managed Services/Service Management
- Track record of owning and closing high-value deals
- Degree or equivalent
