A well-established engineering training provider in the West Midlands is looking to recruit a Welding & Fabrication Instructor to join their delivery team on a permanent basis.

The role will primarily involve teaching apprentices within a workshop environment, alongside delivering short commercial upskilling courses to qualified engineers and industry clients.

The successful candidate will have strong practical Welding & Fabrication experience and be confident delivering training and demonstrations across:
• MIG Welding
• TIG Welding
• MMA Welding
• General fabrication techniques

This role would suit either an experienced instructor/trainer or a highly skilled industry professional looking to move into training.

Requirements:
• Strong Welding & Fabrication background
• Good subject knowledge across multiple welding processes
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage learners of varying experience levels
• Comfortable delivering both apprentice training and commercial courses
• Passion for developing and supporting learners

Package:
• Salary circa £43,000
• Permanent position
