Our client needs a Salesforce Administrator/Functional Support expert for a 5 month full time contract to be based both onsite in Milan and also remote (Hybrid).

The suitable expert will be required onsite in Milan for 2 days per week and 3 days remote.

The suitable expert will be required to provide functional support for a current Salesforce system and to provide first level functional support and cover incident management as well.

The suitable expert will need to have good experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and also Service Cloud too and will need to handle data management as well as analyse configuration and provide training to end users too.

The suitable expert will need to be a fluent Italian and English speaker too (any Spanish speaking skills would be an advantage but are not mandatory).
