Do you have 360 commercial recruitment consultant agency skills, the drive and the passion to run your own recruitment business? Shepherd Stubbs has a unique opportunity for you!
Joining the team initially as one of our freelance self-employed recruitment consultants earning you 55% placement commission, you will then (after a 12-18 month period) move into a full directorship and be a stakeholder in the company and be able to shape its future plans as one of a senior team of 4 directors.
Shepherd Stubbs’ 38 year legacy has now evolved into a growing network of remote-working freelance recruitment specialists and is the latest development of the business positioning itself perfectly for revenue growth and expansion.
You will have the following resources available to you:
* CRM System (client and candidate databases, email templates, reports, records, terms of business, contracts, etc)
* Remote Desktop Access, M/S Pro Office Suite (you provide your PC / laptop)
* Job Board and Website advertising platforms
* Digital direct and social media marketing campaigns to generate sales leads
* On boarding programme and ongoing management support
* Full back office service – business / legal advice, system / IT support, invoicing, credit control, etc
All of the above are backed up and reinforced by Shepherd Stubbs’ established brand, it’s in-house marketing campaigns and 38 years of enviable reputation in the recruitment industry.
