About the role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Act as the first line of contact for enquiries, referrals, and installations
Provide day-to-day operational support including answering calls, data entry, appointment booking, and distributing information.
Schedule technician visits efficiently, optimising appointment routes.
Liaise with service users, their families, GPs, nurses, social workers, and community organisations to coordinate care and support.
Maintain and update accurate service user records across internal systems
Handle sensitive information in line with data protection policies.
Prepare documentation for new service users and respond to routine queries from stakeholders.
Contribute to maintaining service KPIs and quality standards.
Qualifications and experience required.
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
Comfortable using computer systems and CRM/databases (training provided).
