Employee Relations Advisor - Manufacturing
💷 £20 - £21 per hour (Umbrella Company Rate)
📍 Merseyside, Liverpool
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Employee Relations Advisor to support manufacturing sites across the West Midlands, with a focus on absence management and employee well-being.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in HR and Employee Relations, with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
Support short and long-term absence cases across manufacturing operations
Work with managers and Occupational Health to improve attendance and employee well-being
Assist with absence management training and policy improvements
Support reporting and data analysis relating to absence trends
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR and operations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the ER team
About You
Strong communication and organisational skills
Team player with the ability to work independently
Resilient, proactive and eager to learn
Manufacturing, HR or administration experience is beneficial but not essential
Interest in developing a career within Employee Relations or HRWA Consultants is an Employment Business and an Employment Agency as described within The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003
