About the School
We are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-supported primary school in the Bolton area that is seeking to appoint a dedicated Early Years Teacher on a long-term temporary basis from September 2026.

The Role
As an Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring all pupils are supported to achieve their full potential.
This long-term temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a supportive school environment, with the possibility of extension based on performance and school requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Monitor, assess, and track pupil development, adapting teaching strategies accordingly
Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic progress
Promote positive behaviour through a consistent and nurturing approach
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience working within an Early Years setting
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Be enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing in their approach
Have effective classroom and behaviour management skills
Be adaptable and committed to supporting the needs of all learners
Eligibility Requirements:
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
