Role Details

* Position: KS1 Teaching Assistant

* Location: Wigan

* Start Date: ASAP

* Contract: Ongoing

* Hours: Full-time (5 days per week) – part-time applications will also be considered

The Ideal Candidate Will:

* Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (NCFE, CACHE, NVQ Level 1, 2 or 3)

* Have recent experience working within KS1 in the last 2 years

* Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks

* Have experience within Early Years, KS1 or KS2 settings

* Be enthusiastic, reliable and committed to supporting children’s learning

* Hold a current DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one

* Be eligible to work in the UK
