Tradewind Recruitment are working with a welcoming Primary School in the Hyde area who are looking to appoint a committed KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Teaching Assistant who enjoys supporting children within Key Stage 1 and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

The Role:

Full-time KS1 Teaching Assistant position
Supporting the class teacher across the KS1 curriculum
Working with small groups and providing 1:1 support where required
Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Long-term role with the opportunity to become a permanent position for the right candidate

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds a Level 1 Teaching Assistant qualification
Has previous experience working within a school setting
Is enthusiastic, proactive, and reliable
Has excellent communication and behaviour management skills
Can build strong relationships with pupils and staffThe school offers a supportive leadership team and a welcoming atmosphere, making it an excellent environment for professional development.
