Are you a care worker, support worker, or psychology graduate looking to make a real difference in a school setting?
We are working with a supportive school in Finchley who are looking for a dedicated SEN Support Worker to support pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.
The Role
* Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as autism, ADHD, and social/emotional needs
* Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO
* Providing emotional, academic, and behavioural support
* Helping pupils stay engaged, regulated, and confident in the classroom
* Full-time, term-time only (ideal work–life balance)
Ideal for Candidates With Experience As:
* Care Worker / Support Worker
* SEN Support Worker or 1:1 Support
* Youth Worker or Mental Health Support Worker
* Psychology, Criminology, or Education Graduate
* Anyone with experience supporting vulnerable children or adults
No previous school experience required – training and support provided.

* Strong communication skills
* A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs
* Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
