Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you have the patience, empathy, and enthusiasm to help pupils thrive in a mainstream primary school environment?

We are seeking dedicated and caring SEN Support Assistants to work within welcoming and inclusive primary schools. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.

The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging learning activities
Support pupils with communication, behaviour, and emotional regulation
Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN
A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
Relevant qualifications or school-based experience (desirable but not essential)
