Location: Chelmsford, Essex (predominantly site-based)
* Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
* Job Type: Full-time, permanent
* Working Pattern: Primarily on-site, Monday to Friday

Overview
We’re looking for a Junior RPA & AI Agent Developer to support the delivery of automation and AI solutions across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on experience with real-world automation and emerging AI technologies, contributing to a growing digital transformation programme within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
* Build and support automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps
* Assist in developing AI-powered agents and automation solutions
* Work with senior developers to integrate AI safely and effectively
* Engage with teams across the business to identify automation opportunities
* Monitor, maintain and continuously improve live automations
What you’ll bring
* Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Excel, Teams)
* A strong interest in AI and automation technologies
* Logical problem-solving and a structured, “debugging” mindset
* Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and develop
