Special Needs Teacher - Specialist Provision | Kingston | September Start
Are you a dedicated SEN Teacher looking for your next opportunity within a specialist education setting? We are currently recruiting for an SEN Teacher to join a well-resourced specialist provision in Kingston, supporting pupils with Autism, complex needs, and communication difficulties.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a highly supportive school environment where staff are committed to delivering outstanding SEN education.
The Role:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs
Support students with Autism, SEMH, and additional learning difficulties
Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and parents
Monitor pupil progress and adapt learning strategies where necessary
Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
We are looking for someone who:
Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Has experience working within SEN settings or inclusive classrooms
Can confidently manage behaviour and support additional needs
Is passionate about improving outcomes for SEN pupils
Holds or is willing to obtain a Child and Adult DBS
