The Role

As a Line Leader, you'll take ownership of the production line, leading a team to meet targets while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role, where your leadership will directly impact performance and team success.

Shift Details

· 06:00 - 14:00
· £12.71 to £14.21 per hour - Once training has been completed successfully (In this position, you will be required to begin as a line operative)

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, motivate, and support your team
· Drive production to meet daily targets and product specifications
· Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and quality
· Complete accurate records and paperwork using IT/WMS systems
· Support audits and compliance checks
· Train and develop new team members
· Act as a role model for best practices on the shop floor
· Work alongside your team, hands-on, when needed

What We're Looking For:

· Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
· Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
· Proactive "can-do" attitude
· Strong communication and motivational skills
· Basic IT skills
· Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role
